Interview
They contacted me quickly a day after sending my application and It was awesome in my mind. The first interview was dedicated to becoming more familiar with each other and the two sides' interests and motivations. Then they sent me a code challenge and scheduled the technical interview which part of it was dedicated to evaluating my efforts and performance in the code challenge. The rest of the interview was about general aspects and concepts of programming and developing codes. I did not pass the technical step and was just informed that the third step is performance analysis which is a bit vage to me about details and the format of the assessment

Interview
Lunch at a noodle place. Friendly and fun conversation with the recruiter. Then a walk to the office. They showed me around and introduced me to people. I got to meet potential future colleagues and ask about the work environment.
