Devoteam GCP Architect/Engineer interview questions

after a few talks to a recruiter, 2 technical interviews and a home exercise which took several days to complete the feedback was that the tech part was very good and solid and they were pleased but since i have no exp with consultancy they cannot offer me the position. why do you waste candidate's time if you knew this since the beginning? clear misalignment between cto and recruiters
