Dewpoint interview questions

The interview process was straight forward. I had a 30 minute first interview and another 30 minute second interview. The first interview went well. I thought the second interview was OK and I proceeded to email them a thank you letter the very same day. I emailed the HR rep thanking her for her time as well. What was weird is that I did not receive news regarding the interview. First, I sent an email about a week afterwards. Then, after not receiving a follow up I called the office. Only after calling the office and going to voicemail did I receive an email back stating that I was not selected. I understand not receiving an offer. What I don't understand is why I didn't receive any kind of notification regarding the position for which I interviewed. It just seems odd. I don't really enjoy leaving negative feedback, but I do feel the desire to let others know my experience.
