I recently interviewed with Dexcent and wanted to share my experience.
The positive:
The interview process was very well organized. Everyone I met – from HR to the Team Lead and even the CEO – was genuinely friendly and welcoming. They created a comfortable atmosphere, which made it easy to be open and honest about my background.
The interview questions:
They asked role‑specific questions directly based on my resume, such as:
“Where have you used a virtual machine (VM)?”
“What do you know about firewalls?”
“Tell me about your project work.”
These were fair, technical questions that showed they had read my resume carefully.
Why I wasn’t selected 'my own reflection':
At this stage, my experience is mostly academic and project‑based, with limited hands‑on industry work. Dexcent was looking for someone with more practical, on‑the‑job experience, and I respect that. They were transparent and professional throughout.
