Principal is super gossipy. Over the course of the interview, she trashed three former employees outright, telling me their names, their native countries, when they had worked there, etc. I discovered through talking with other employees this is routine for her. She's also racist.
Basically if you play along and gossip with her, she's sold and you've got the job.
