The interview at Kindervilla Stuttgart was a positive and engaging experience. It was an online interview and began with a warm welcome from the interviewer. The initial part of the conversation focused on getting to know me better. I was asked general questions about myself, my background, and my motivation for working in early childhood education. This allowed me to talk about my passion for working with children, my previous experiences, and what draws me to the values and approach of Kindervilla.
The interview then shifted to more situational, practice-oriented questions. One key question was how I would respond if two children were fighting over a toy. I was asked to explain how I would handle the situation calmly and constructively. I described how I would first ensure the safety of both children, then acknowledge their emotions and help them express their feelings in words. I explained that I would guide them toward finding a fair solution together—perhaps by introducing a timer to take turns or offering an alternative toy—while encouraging empathy and communication. At the end I was asked to do a trial day with them.
