The interview was in three stages. The first was a basic interview via Zoom, the second was a paid test article, and the third was an offer acceptance call, also via Zoom.

How do you feel about full-time vs freelance work?
It's a pretty standard interview process. Questions were very specific and hard to answer if you're not an expert. No BS style. Not for everyone, but I truly enjoyed the process.

What are the key considerations for implementing an international SEO strategy? How would you handle hreflang tags and geo-targeting for a multinational website?

Interview
The interview process was your typical interview process -- you meet the CEO & manager with multiple rounds of team members, which I liked because you get to have a 1:1 with each and get to really know their role, strengths, and expectations when coming in. The manager was very helpful in lining expectations, weak points we'll need to address, etc — which I appreciate as other companies only mention the "good" stuff and force you to come in blindly.
