My recent interview experience wasn't good. I applied for a frontend developer job through LinkedIn. They gave me an assignment: make a weather app using React.js in just one day. I finished it and sent them the link, but never heard back. It's not fair to leave people hanging after they've put in effort. Even a simple 'no thanks' would be better than nothing. Companies should be clear with candidates.
