I was contacted through a recruitment agency who after one interview suggested me to the company. The country manager and team leader interviewed me on two occasions and explained the job and responsibilities. The process was smooth, the interviews were relaxed and honest. I think the aim was to get to know each other more than anything else. After a few weeks I was contacted through the recruitment agent and let know I was given a job offer.
