Phone call with recruiter who went over my background, resume, and cover letter. Followed by a video conference with the Operations Manager who wanted to know more about my experience and prior processes and procedures. Followed by the Director of Sales.

Interview
The interview process was very thorough but in an efficient way. The employees and leaders that were spearheading the interviewing process knew exactly how to portray the company and what the role would be like on a daily basis as well as bigger picture and what that looked like for the future.
