7 interviews: 3 coding sessions 1 HR interview 1 manager interview 2 technical board sessions (distributed systems, networking, languages, etc) Interviews are well structured. Interviewers were well prepared. Coding tasks had enough complexity to challenge the candidate but were as well doable for the interview time slot.
