Clear and laid out process. Friendly conversation like interview. Interviews were scheduled in timely manner. HR team responded quickly and didn't have to do a follow up. Asked what was my expectation and they told how much they can offer and didn't have to negotiate. Provided market value for the profile.

The interviewer was polite. He asked about the past experience. And it seems my experience with Windows system administration in Ericsson does not match with the role i applied (linux system administration). Although he was a very nice guy and he politely rejected me in the first round due to the job description do not match with my industry skills.

There were 4 interviews, the first one was with an R.H. generalist that described the job profile we had a chat about my work experience. The second interview was with the hiring manager, we talked about the job specifics skills, job schedules, etc The third interview was with his manager, we talked about the main company goals in the mid-term and what to expect as growth options in the role The last interview was a technical one, they asked specific questions about troubleshooting Apache, Nginx, WordPress and MySQL
