Brief, they hired me and literally asked very generic questions. Don't worry about the interview, worry about the actual job because it is stressful and very intensive. The problem is management, I hated how they treated me, it was never a request but a blunt order and they always put on 2 faces for employees they love and employees they wish they could fire. In this case I was not liked by any managers.

Interview
Did online application, they ask for an interview, went on the 4th of July, I told them I was here for an interview. Then I filled another application that was exactly the one online. 10 minutes later, a person came out and look through the application and asked certain things about it.

Interview
The interview was just a simple sit down at the restaurant with one of the managers who asked me a couple of basic questions about how much I would be able to/want to work and if I had any previous restaurant experience.
