Interview
There is an initial oral board interview then a scenario that you take part in following the oral board interview and a typed report on the scenario to conclude the interview. The oral board consisted of a member from the command staff and approximately 4 other officers. The interview lasted a total approximately 2 hours with 10 minutes of that being the scenario and 25 minutes of it for the report writing exercise.
