      Associate Product Manager Interview

      12 Feb 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      London, England
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Disciple (London, England) in Dec 2018

      Interview

Overall disappointing. I never received any feedback at all. Its been over months and they just stopped replying my emails, lol. I understand that not everyone will get the job, but it is important to let one know if they have not and why. They seem like a young company struggling to find a structure. Three people. One of them clearly uninterested. I am pretty sure he was on facebook or something the entire interview. Other than that, it was an okay interview.

I'm ever so sorry you felt you had a bad interview with us at Disciple and were not given any useful feedback. It would be incredibly helpful to know what the position was that you interviewed for as we haven’t advertised a position of Associate Product Manager before. We certainly try and have very thorough conversations with each candidate during interviews. Finding out as much as we can about why you applied for the position and what you found interesting or exciting about working here as well as explaining what we are looking for in each future employee. We’d be happy to discuss this further with you if you would like to drop us an email. Your email will not go unanswered. If we do not hear from you we wish you all the best and thank you again for your initial interest in Disciple.
