Divergent U interview questions

I am 71 years old, and I was zoom-interviewed by a young woman who throughout the interview, kept saying that this job was a great opportunity for young people to learn how to become Virtual Assistants. She could plainly see that I wasn't a young person. I never got the position, although they accepted many other, younger people for the job. I feel that this was a case of ageism - she saw an old man with grey hair and probable thought "we don't need older people."
