Docmation interview questions

Multiple interviews with different people in management. Mostly conversational. No real technical vetting procedure or any test projects. Very professional and knowledgeable people throughout the interview process, but I am unsure how they qualify candidates.

Nice. Legible and appropriate questions asked. Had 2 level of discussions. Good, professional and suggest others as well. Nice company. They're offering good pay as well. For enthu engineers, nice platform.
