I applied online. I interviewed at Docusign (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2021
Interview
Approximately 30 minute initial conversation with recruiter. Then you're passed to another recruiter to schedule an introductory 30 minute interview with a manager. Then you're passed to another recruiter to schedule a three person panel interview that is scheduled over a 3 hour period with a 30 minute break in between. Overall too much, too many cooks in one kitchen and passing you around to utilize time and/or busy schedule for this. You start noticing the inefficiencies "right out the gate" with how many people have to be involved in this. The recruiter sent me the wrong time for the interview in the calendar invite which caused me to miss the first 45 minute panel, thus not being considered for the position when everything was said and done. Now i suppose i should have double checked everything, but i entrusted something as simple as a calendar invite to put on my schedule from the recruiter. So not only a large amount of time dedicated, also very sloppy scheduling process that felt swept under the rug. No accountability at all! I guess if i wanted to see any red flags, this is it!
Please note: The hiring managers that were part of the interview process were great people to talk to. The take away here is the time spent and the mishandling from the recruiters and no accountability afterwards.
