I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Docusign in Nov 2017
Interview
First call was with one of their internal recruiters and then the 2nd interview was with the hiring manager. The third interview was with the division Director and the fourth and final interview was a demo of integrating DocuSign and SalesForce. All along they had been good about with communication until the end. The last interview was later in December and they said they would get back to me at the beginning of the year, but I never heard back even after reaching out to them twice asking for updates.

The interview process went well. The interviewer came prepared , had reviewed my resume/background and was transparent about already being in talks with a candidate in the final round. I appreciated it!

Question 1
How would you go about managing an Enterprise customer transformation?
My interview process for the Product Consultant role at DocuSign was both engaging and insightful. It started with a recruiter call, where we discussed my background and why I was interested in joining DocuSign. This initial conversation was casual and focused on getting to know me and my experience.
Next, I had an interview with the hiring manager, where we went deeper into my skills, past projects, and how I’ve worked with clients in similar roles. They also shared more about the role and what they were looking for in a candidate, which helped me better understand the expectations.
The final stage was a panel interview with team members from different departments. This part was collaborative and involved scenario-based questions to gauge my problem-solving abilities and how I’d handle various challenges in the role. The team was welcoming, and the process felt like a two-way conversation, where I also had the chance to ask questions about their work and culture.
Overall, the experience was thorough yet friendly, and it reinforced my excitement about joining DocuSign.
