I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (Dublin, Dublin) in Feb 2018
Interview
I was referred internally by a DocuSign employee.
First step was a 30 min phone interview with the Inhouse Recruiter, an online PI Test followed by a second 30min phone interview with the Hiring Manager.
Questions were standard interview questions and mostly competency based question.
Next step was an onsite interview. I had to prepare a presentation about my educational and professional background, my motivations and present a case study I prepared. Afterwards, I had to do a mock call. Everything during the whole process went pretty smooth.

Question 1
Why has your experience made you relevant for this role at DocuSign?
Completely seamless fast turnaround time respectful interviewers from HR to manager all treat you well. Even provide you with comments for the interview whether good or bad. These comments then help you in the next stage of the interview. Total three rounds. Fast and pain free.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Docusign in Feb 2022
Interview
Uninterested panel interviewers, canned questions after a presentation on background, & experience. If you have years of experience and are not in your 20s, do not waste your time. Ageism is alive and well.

Interview
The interview process was really straight forward, first, you will have a phone screening then a fast Zoom interview with 4 managers 15 min each, and the last stage is a presentation + role play.
The interviewers are really helpful through the entire process and I found it to be a really good interviewing process.
