I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Docusign (San Francisco, CA) in Nov 2018
Interview
2 set of phone screening, 2 sessions of in-person interviews (6 people total). Hiring manager did a great job of understanding skill set and redirecting me to another open position that was a perfect match with my background.

Question 1
How have you been able to deliver difficult messages to senior management in your current role?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Docusign (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2019
Interview
The interview process included a recorded video interview (HireVue), a call with the hiring manager, a four hour on-site, and a final phone call with a senior leader.
The video interview was more time-consuming than expected (best to plan a couple of hours to ensure you can "practice" and rerecord answers, if needed).
The phone calls and on-site were very standard. Typical interview questions were asked. I never felt like someone was trying to catch me off-guard.
