The interview process included a recorded video interview (HireVue), a call with the hiring manager, a four hour on-site, and a final phone call with a senior leader. The video interview was more time-consuming than expected (best to plan a couple of hours to ensure you can "practice" and rerecord answers, if needed). The phone calls and on-site were very standard. Typical interview questions were asked. I never felt like someone was trying to catch me off-guard.
