Interview with multiple people including manager which included in store meeting. They looked at my resume and asked questions about experience with dogs, handling dogs, washing dogs. I was shown around the store and then waited for a call back.

interview was pretty basic. they dont expect much from you. you need bare minimum dog knowledge. and just over all common sense. just look over the website and you will be fine
