I had two interviews; one was a phone interview. The guy and i talked for over an hour about the brand and job function. He stated that i was exactly what they are looking for. Next was the teams interview. I am plus sized but have years in the industry. My last job was held for four and a half years by a major competitor. I switched to a different store and have been there since. When he saw me, it was a different story. The interview scheduled to last for one hour lasted ten minutes. He gave me this we will be in touch quote. I received a call a day later from the man who said they hired someone with more experience. When the store opened, i walked by. Every person was skinny and model type. If you are plus sized, they will not hire you. You cant even get in touch with HR.
