The person who interviewed me was very vague and didn't inform me of all of my duties. I was then offer a position as store manager candidate by my District Manager just a few weeks later. That person did the interview over the phone it was a good experience and she was very informative.

It was great. Good communication. I acknowledged how I would handle a return or even an irate customer. Guest service is of the most. Customer service is of the essence of a great run store. Have fun and appreciate all customers and help out with anything you can do.
