I did not have to go through an Interview Process. Got an email with job offer, I accepted online, completed all paperwork via email, went and took drug test as the email directed, then received a call to come to work a few days later.

I was interviewed over the phone and given the job on that same call. Company is fairly desperate for employees but they prefer people with experience especially previous dollar store experience.
Phone Call that lasted less than 5 minutes , and not a lot of details given. Text messages exchanged back and forth about interviews , and hearing from corporate office.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward they asked my availability anytime that I needed off any specific days I needed off. They asked about my experience as an assistant store manager and regular team lead. They did the normal what if this scenario happened what would you do. The interview was very easy but they did receive a lot of information from me
