Interview
Submitted application online. Was emailed an online test. I took the test and passed. After a few days was called by a hiring coordinator. He asked some basic screening questions about previous management experience. He then said he would call me back with interview time. Next day he called me back with interview time. I was meeting with the district manager. I met with the district manager. She asked me questions about previous experience and management questions. She said she was impressed with my application and previous experience. She offered me the job with option to train as store manager. She then gave me a tour of the store and further instruction on completing paperwork.

Interview
I was interviewed over the phone and given the job on that same call. Company is fairly desperate for employees but they prefer people with experience especially previous dollar store experience.
Phone Call that lasted less than 5 minutes , and not a lot of details given. Text messages exchanged back and forth about interviews , and hearing from corporate office.

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward they asked my availability anytime that I needed off any specific days I needed off. They asked about my experience as an assistant store manager and regular team lead. They did the normal what if this scenario happened what would you do. The interview was very easy but they did receive a lot of information from me
