Interview
It was very laid back. There weren't any questions that she had written down or anything so it made me feel a little more at ease. She basically just focused on me and my past experience. Eventually we got on the topic of how much we both loved Law & Order lol.
Very easy cookie cutter questions.
Training was very straightforward.
Employer talked about the company and its missions.
There were no problem solving questions or scenarios asked.
Gave me the walk around of the store and what roles were available and what they would be doing with responsibilities

It was great. Good communication. I acknowledged how I would handle a return or even an irate customer. Guest service is of the most. Customer service is of the essence of a great run store. Have fun and appreciate all customers and help out with anything you can do.
