I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Domestic Abuse Project (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2023
Interview
I was interviewed twice for this position and was told I would hear back after the second interview. I never heard back, so I ended up reaching out for an update. I didn't receive a response, so after 20 days of waiting, I reached out again and they finally responded the following: "I just touched base with XXX and he let me know that he had attempted to contact you with no response. I just want to make sure you had received those just in case you didn't, so you weren't waiting for us! No worries if you are no longer interested, I just wanted to check in." Sounds like I got the job, but there was an error when XXX reached out, right? That's what I would assume, at least. I never received correspondence from XXX and that's okay, mistakes happen. But when I replied stating that I had never received that correspondence from XXX (yes I checked spam), they stopped replying altogether and I haven't heard from them since. Best case scenario, XXX forgot to reach out, costing me a job opportunity in an economy where I desperately need a job asap. Worst case scenario, they never intended to follow up and made up a lie when I started asking questions. Either way, what a waste of my time. Applying for jobs is so infuriating already. If you take the time to interview me twice, please do the decent human thing and let me know that I'm not the fit you're looking for. I ended up sending an email stating I was no longer interested in the role. They never replied.

I applied through university. I interviewed at Domestic Abuse Project (Minneapolis, MN) in May 2017
Interview
I applied for the job, and I got a response to be interviewed within a couple of hours. I set up an interview with the social worker who made me feel at ease rather quickly- When interviewing at DAP I felt my answer's judgments of how much or how little I knew but to gather my knowledge as a new clinician.
