Started with a recruiter call. Then, a video call with hiring manager. Did not move forward from there. Asked a lot of STAR-based interview questions. Seemed to have in mind clearly the type of person they wanted for the role. Study their company values, and lean into tying those into your interview answers.

Question 1
Provide an example of a time when you had to make a decision quick without all the required facts and data.
Initial interview felt really vague and like the interviewer didn’t know what the role would actually entail. The interviewer explained that there would be 4 interviews after and a project to work on and submit. Overall, it felt really intensive for a role of this nature and level of seniority, and it was radio silence from the company ever since, which seems to be the case for others in the reviews as well. It’s unfortunate because it is a lengthy process and feedback, or any sort of closure at all would be appreciated
