I applied online. received an email that the only thing I had left to do was go to the office and sign up. upon arrival I was told that I cannot be a driver after I drove 30 miles and submitted the background check over a week before my arrival. I was told by the person working that they automatically send you the email and have you drive to them wether you can work for them or not. I was in the office for 30sec and drove an hour to get there.
There was no interview it was just documentation - license, safety in driving, etc. As long as you have a good record there's no particular selection process. And as long as there are enough open spots in your area you can easily join after submitting all the paperwork.
Very quick and easy, less than 5 minutes. i sent them all of my personal info and created an account. They performed a back ground check right on the spot and once I passed I was able to start accepting jobs.
It was a super easy interview and easy questions. Just be confident and everything will workout. Try to answer the questions that you get to the best of your ability. Honestly would recommend this as a first job to anyone with a vehicle.
