Phone interview, some questions about qualifications, pretty simple. Second interview was in-person. Spoke to three different people, for the most part laid back and questions are easy. Last one was the manager of the department. There was just something about him, I could tell he did not like me right away. He corrected a majority of my answers. So while the first two interviews went rather well prepare yourself for the last one.

I wanted to paint a clearer picture for those that may interview in the future as I remember not finding too much information here pertaining to the content team interview process. I’ll give the basics but not go too in depth. I applied online via employee reference and heard back from DD about 3-4 weeks later. I was asked to set up time for a a phone interview (Likely for screening purposes) and a time was set. The phone interview was pretty simple. It’s questions about yourself, experience, and also making sure you understand the position. I was then told I was going to receive an e-mail that would have an assignment to complete. Without going into too much detail, it’s purpose seems to be a test of your problem solving skills. After submission of my assignment, I heard back from DD about a week later and was asked to come in for an in person interview. The interview lasts about an hour and a half, I spoke with three different doordash employees, and interviews are a bit self explanatory so I’ll leave that bit out (Just make sure you do your research). Post interview, I heard back from DD about 8 days later with good news. I hope this paints a clearer picture and gives you an idea of what to expect.
