I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DoorDash (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2019
Interview
Friendly and straightforward, but with a weird overemphasis on a role play/mock sales call. There's a clear message in a potential employer being so interested in how well you will sell with no training and no support: you probably will not be getting any.

Question 1
For the role-play, you're given materials on a hypothetical client to pitch.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DoorDash (San Francisco, CA) in May 2023
Interview
Very straightforward process. Each step was laid out in advanced with plenty of time to ask questions and prepare. Initially had a phone screening, then an interview with a team lead and then two regional managers.
Phone screening with recruiter and then two sets of interviews. The first round of interviews, I met with two managers for 45 minutes each. Second round was with three managers, between 45 min to an hour each with an hour break in between.
One of the managers was actually kind of rude. I felt like he was insulting my intelligence. I asked him for feedback for my role play and he told me I did well and gave me two small pieces of feedback. One of the recruiters called me to let me know I wasn't selected for the position, and that it was because they wanted a stronger roleplay, the exact opposite of what the manager had told me.
I recommend you look up their three part business model, incremental revenue, demand generation, etc.
