I initially had two phone screenings and then a video call with role-playing. The time between when they initially contacted me and when each interview happened was weeks. Very drawn out.

The recruiter/team lead reached out to me on LinkedIn. I scheduled time and they no showed me without even an apology email. Just a rescheduled gcal event. Then when he finally showed up days later, he asked why I applied for the role (I didn’t). Proceeded to tell me basically how bad they were doing in terms of market share in nyc (lowest out of the apps). Then he asked why I applied years ago. I didn’t, it was the same situation. A recruiter reached out and I interviewed. Funny thing- when I interviewed originally in 2017 they left me in a conference room and went home. Yes, really. At least this time around I heard back from them!
