The interview process was about 3-4 weeks and very thorough, which is great. I went through multiple behavioral interviews with leaders in the company and had to do a mock pitch for a fictional restaurant. While my instructions were to present a 20 minute pitch and leave 10 minutes for questions at the end, I was given feedback that I didn't ask if the panel had any questions after each slide. The panel also each asked one question at the end and all left the interview (virtual) in a rush leaving 5 minutes to spare during my allotted time.
