Interview
Not so much an interview as an orientation- They do not interview for the job, and you are basically hired right after applying. The process is for very, very basic training purpose and is all about the pros of working as a driver, but none of the cons are shared during training, which would really help prepare us for the fiel, as there is a lot that can go wrong out there- It's a sink or swim scenario at it's finest.
