No formal interview. More of a laidback conversation. Nothing technical. Met with a few members of the team to get a sense of the culture. They contacted two references and made an offer within two weeks

Conversational, really focused on getting to know the team. I met with the CEO mostly and met the rest of the team relatively informally. They also had me meet with more senior members of the team to get a sense of who I was and what I would bring to the table. Big focus on cultural fit.
