First step was a quick screening interview where they ask you about yourself and ask you to elaborate on your prior experience (projects) and education. This then leads into a quick programming challenge. Should you move on from here you will have another interview with some of the members of the development team you will be working on to ensure you are a good fit, as well as more in-depth programming questions.
