Intense, multi-layered and often felt interviewers were disinterested in the process. It’s very clear they do not value experience and exclusively seek a specific age bracket. In retrospect, I would be highly skeptical of their product providing any type of unbiased result to employers and feel certain their approach eliminates valuable candidates for reasons that have little to do with fit or culture.

They're hiring '1099 Freelance / Independent Contractor' Recruiters and Sourcers, expecting them to work 30-40 hours per week. This is a clear case of "misclassification" that will likely lead to a lawsuit. Also, George (the Founder) wasn’t very friendly. He jumped straight into the call without introducing himself and immediately started asking questions.
