Talked to them during the info-session on campus, applied through my university's career services, and had an on campus interview. The questions are mostly behavioral and about your experiences.
The interview was about 45 min. But did not get the on site interview.

Talk about your research. What is the biggest achievement you have done. Did you corporate with ours?
Interview was ok. Gave 45 min presentation with approx 10 attendees and had personal interviews with approx 5 people. Don't remember much else unfortunately as this was a while ago.

Long but very useful. Met several stakeholders who gave a good overview of the process. At PhD level, you will have to present your work. Got a tour of the facility

On-site interview with multiple interviewers asking specific questions based on my resume and work related experience. Some behavioral type interview questions related to how I work with others and how I handle certain difficult situations
