The interview panel was very professional, listened to me well, and tried to genuinely determine if I was a good fit for their company. Overall, it wasn’t a perfect match, but sometimes that is okay. Nothing but positive things to say about them.

Be able to discuss your experience in detail and at length. Be able to answer questions about handling complex applicable situations you’ve encountered and how you dealt with them. It’s a small business so more personal than bureaucratic. They are looking for excellent candidates, who understand their business, their vision, and know how to deliver quality. You won’t last at this company if you can’t deliver excellent work.
