Hr contacted me for interview at first day and that time I have updated them that I don't have same ERP experience but similar experience I have, I told them to check this first But still they proceed for interview and I am in that thought that they must be agreed with another ERP experience On interview day, interviewer from team joined and he was so rude from start of the interview.. He asked me about myself and in that he got to know that I dont have same product experience but similar to them Still he told me to disconnect as they can't proceed. Advice is please share cv with those who are going to take interview because it's an waste of time of that candidate because candidate managing time to give interview and if candidate is not from same ERP or product but candidate could have skills of project management but you missed it. Also, be polite while asking anything.
