Quick interview process, though not well organised with overlapping rounds asking same questions, substantial take-home assignment, simple in-person tech round, projects not very well defined to interviewees so difficult to evaluate the actual position

Most unprofessional pannel and questions I ever faced. Two people were in shorts and one was looking into his Mobile phone the whole time and did not as a single thing.
They asked one or two questions and finished the interview. They were very excited when they shortlisted me. It seems they got someone just before my interview and still got me onboard t to fulfill the interview commitment.
