2 interviews and an Excel Case Study. The Excel was an analytics deep dive with 4 key questions in increasing difficulty. The final round was with the owner, a manager and a VP. Questions focused around oncology.

Both rounds had a similar format - a mixture of skills-based and behavioral questions. There was a lot of emphasis on growth within the organization and my professional goals.
