I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Dubber (Melbourne) in Mar 2021
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for a 20–30 minute phone screen covering my background, motivation, and basic role fit. This was followed by a 45–60 minute interview with the hiring manager focused on experience, competencies, and situational/STAR questions. Next was a panel with 2–3 team members mixing behavioural questions with a role-specific task (short case study/take-home or brief presentation) and time for my questions. The final step was a culture/values conversation with a senior leader and reference checks before an offer.

Interview
They invited me for a meeting via zoom. I had to interview with 2 hiring managers at the same time.
They asked some easy technical questions as well as some behavioral. They focus on media devices such as headphones or microphones, they also asked some questions like to tell them a time when you had to deal with a network issue.
The role had speaking spanish as one of the requirements but they don't speak spanish and just want it as some extra in case some of their customers do.
They were pretty quick with scheduling the interviews but after it they didn't reply until 2 weeks later with the rejection notice.

I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Dubber (Kansas City, MO) in Nov 2022
Interview
Got a call from the Human Resources rep and setup a 30 minute phone screen. Once this was completed she was super excited to move me on the hiring manager. 3 weeks pass, I have to follow up with her and ask what happened, she mentions oh, yea let me get you scheduled, a week or so later I speak to someone else in Canada that isn't even the hiring manager, get asked a series of star interview questions and never heard back again for yet another 3 weeks. What a cluster of a company..
