I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Duku AI (London, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
The process was refreshingly direct ,no recruiter, just a conversation with the co-founder Ted from the start. The questions were smart, engaging, and thought‑provoking, forcing me to think in new ways about both the role and the broader challenges in the space. It felt more like a deep, strategic discussion with a friend than a formal interview. His vision, clarity of thought, and curiosity made it clear this is the kind of organisation and person I’d be excited to work with.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They asked me how I’d approach solving a problem that doesn’t have a clear precedent ,essentially, how I’d define the problem, explore unconventional solutions, and validate my thinking. It wasn’t about getting the ‘right’ answer, but about how I think, adapt, and break down ambiguity.
