Applied through craigslist and within a week completed three interviews. The energy was good among staff, everyone is really upbeat, young and friendly but ALOT of people were interviewing everyday. At first it sounds great but then you find out you're gonna be doing "customer acquisition & retention and in-person presentations" which really means you will be selling makeup on the street in little bags while you lug around the merchandise. They also explain how much commission you can make and how fast you can move from entry level to management if you really sell alot of makeup. There is also a demo on how to sell the product, how to react to the inevitable no's and how to keep on trucking.
