I interviewed with two developers and a project manager. The two developers asked a series of questions (20 or so) that any Drupal Developer should know. I've included an example of one question here. And, when I didn't know the answer to a couple of them, both developers were very nice and said, don't worry we don't expect you to answer every question correctly. But instead would ask me how I would go about finding that answer on my own. I value that attitude highly. I felt like the other developers I would be working with were mature and critical but at the same time kind and forgiving. They were not looking for someone who knows it all, they were looking for a developer who has a good base and the ability to build off that, find solutions, and communicate effectively with others. I left the interview thinking I sure hope I get an offer from this company!
