      Difficult interview

I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Dynatrace (Detroit, MI) in Mar 2012

      Interview

great interview process from beginning to end. Very detailed and always looking for your input afterward. Great experience that will allow you to understand the company as well. There was a 3 stage interview process. The first two where via phone where they pretty much screen the potential candidates and then you have to go on site to make a presentation about their technology and solutions.

      PDP Interview

      6 Sept 2017
      Anonymous employee
      Detroit, MI
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through university. I interviewed at Dynatrace (Detroit, MI) in Jan 2017

      Interview

The 1st round of interviews started in January. 1st interview was a phone call with the recruiter to get to know you and help you understand the position and what it entails better. 2nd interview was a phone call with the program leader that had non-technical questions as well as high-level technical questions. 3rd round of the interview process was on site. There were many different types of interviews that were both technical and non-technical (Mostly non-technical) throughout the day as well as a presentation on a business case scenario. Advice: Confidence is key to getting through the entire process. You can make up for little technology knowledge if you can answer with confidence. Do not be afraid to say "I don't know." The entire interview process is very rewarding because you get an opportunity to learn a lot about technology and a lot about yourself along the way. If you look at it this way, you more than likely received an offer.
