The interview process itself was fairly quick and smooth, as far as the initial phone screen and in-person interviews went. The folks I worked with during this process were very informative, friendly and professional. The issue with the overall process is that I never heard from anyone on whether or not I got the job, which at this point is safe to assume I did not. I also never received a reply back to any of the series of emails I sent. The interview was scheduled for the week before the July 4th holiday and I was advised I'd hear about next steps the week after the 4th. When I hadn't heard from anyone during that time, I reached out to the recruiter who advised she would follow-up with me once she spoke to the hiring manager; however, there was never a follow-up. I proceeded to send 2 additional follow-up and check-in emails over the course of the next few weeks but still no reply. To this day, I still have not received any emails back or call/email letting me know I didn't get the job. I even asked for feedback via email and still, no reply. Very unprofessional, disappointing and disrespectful interview process overall...
