The whole process took about 1 - 3 weeks. First part was a phone interview which was straightforward, just what the company is about, what to expect, about the program, etc. Then next week, I went to the second part where it's another phone interview, this time more technical. The third and last part was an on-site interview where the whole process took about 3 hours. In the last stage, you go through 4 interviews (customer service, technical, etc) with 4 different people. Then you do a 20-30 min presentation based on the business problems they send you.
When I did my presentation, the recruiter started asking me questions that I couldn't answer, then the other interviewers started asking questions as well. They then prematurely cut my presentation, so that's not a good sign.
Best Advice: Be confident, and if you don't know the question, don't be afraid to say "I don't know" or "I'm not too sure". Never EVER BS your answers.
